The Project Management team shoulders total responsibility for the successful
deliverable of a customer’s contracted technology services. This vital role
incorporates taking ownership by: understanding the goal, communicating
realistic expectations and controlling jobsite safety, quality and strict adherence
to the industries best practices installations.


Project Manager


The project manager acts as a single point of contact for the customer, sales, operations, and other internal Linear departments on fixed bid projects; prepares and submits customer-required status reports and project deliverable.


Project Management Responsibilities

Administrate the execution of a client's approved and contracted design. Our project manager is your single point of contract to coordinate the implementation of desired various systems, such as

  • Low Voltage Structured Cable Infrastructure
  • Electronic Security
  • Telephones
  • Audiovisual
  • Networks - Wi-Fi (WAPS) - wireless access points
  • Public Address
  • Sound masking
  • Technology Equipment Relocation (Server & Workstation Disconnect/Reconnect Services)

Daily & Weekly Project Manager tasks include


  • Monitor project schedule and installation deliverable
  • Conduct regular site surveys and quality of workman installation
  • Provide regular workman performance status reports on each deliverable
  • Confirm all materials and timely delivery
  • Handle client support, providing guidance on job condition resolution
  • Promote safe site environment - adherence to OHSA Environmental, Health& Safety policies
